RELEVANT INFORMATION

High-quality solar kit with a 300-litre hot water cylinder and 1 SR 30 tube-and-pipe solar collector included.

The adopted collector area provides efficient water heating of approximately 50% of the annual demand. The remaining 50% (winter period) is to be provided by a central heating (central heating) boiler connected to the upper cylinder coil or by means of an electric heater.

    Installation fluid

The solar fluid is produced on the basis of propylene glycol, which means that it is completely safe for health in the event of any leakage into the drinking water. The fluid is hygienically certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which is an additional guarantee of a high level of safety. The fluid is supplied in a 10-litre container as a concentrate with a freezing point below -64 °C. After dilution with water, up to 30 litres of ready-to-use mixture is obtained, which is sufficient for typical installations.

Diaphragm vessel (expansion tank), solar 18 l.

Despite appearances, the diaphragm vessel is one of the most important components of a solar installation. The selection of a vessel with an operating temperature that is too low or an operating pressure that is too low can lead to frequent operating problems.

The maximum operating temperature of the diaphragm vessel included in the kit is 120 °C, and the permissible operating pressure is as much as 10 bar, which guarantees high stability of the entire system.

    Connector set

The kit is equipped with a system of brass compression fittings to enable the collectors to be efficiently and securely connected to each other and to be connected to pipework.
    The set includes:

    • 1 x Compression elbow with ¾" socket connection for corrugated stainless steel pipes
    • 1 x Compression fitting with GZ ¾" connection for efficient connection to corrugated stainless steel pipes

REMARKS: In order to complete the installation of the solar set, it is necessary to obtain, among other things, the collector mounting kit, piping and installation fittings necessary to connect the tank to the existing installation. The mounting kit is not included as standard, due to the need to adapt it each time to the type of roofing and roof pitch. All of these products can be purchased in our online shop.
