Register at www.swatt.pl as an individual customer or company. Earn points that in the future will be used as discount when shopping, assortment in ours store or any selected prize . Points cannot be exchanged for an equivalent monetary.
Validity of loyalty points
After each order points are valid for from the time the order is paid.
Mr. Denis has placed and paid for order no. S-1000 of 23.08.22., since then the points for this order are valid for one year until August 23, 23.
Another order of Mr. Denis was placed and paid for on December 5, 22., points for this order are valid until December 5, 23..
Day 01.09.2023 points for order S-1000 are lost, while the Lord Denis can use more points for later orders.
Completing a new order does not extend the validity of points from previous orders. A separate period of validity of loyalty points applies to each order.
Calculation of loyalty points
To get 1 point on your individual customer account, you must make a purchase on PLN 300 . Each point earned on the account translates into a value of PLN 5 , available to use.
To get 1 point on a company account, it is necessary to make purchase for PLN 1,000 . Each point accumulated on the account is equivalent to PLN 15 , which can be used.
Mr. Mateusz, who has a customer account individual collected 17 points, i.e. has PLN 85 to use. Mr. Mateusz wants to use points on the order, which amounted to PLN 258 , so he contacted the hotline. Seller set a discount corresponding to previously collected points. Mr. Mateusz finally paid 173 for the order PLN .
Exchange of loyalty points
After accumulating the required number of points, you can exchange them for our range or indicate any one another award and we will determine the number of points required to earn it. There is also the ability to settle points when completing subsequent orders.
Points can be realized after 3 completed and paid orders when placing another order.
