Corrosion can cause a serious threat to the durability and efficiency of heating systems.  It leads to the gradual deterioration of the materials from which the system components are made, which in turn leads to a significant reduction in system performance and even failure. A key protective factor against corrosion will be the use of appropriate operating fluids such as antifreeze, corrosion inhibitors and flushes, i.e. cleaners for the hydraulic system.

System flushing is an important step in the proper maintenance of a heating system. The systematic use of suitable flushing fluids has a significant effect on removing any impurities that could contribute to corrosion. So-called flushing agents are used both before starting a new installation and when replacing the fluid in the system.

The dedicated AQUACORR CLEANER series in the form of a 1 litre concentrate (0.5-1:100) is ideal for central heating systems, heat pumps, refrigeration or process heat installations. The presented PROCOLD Aquacorr Cleaner is an environmentally friendly glycol-based rinse. The rinse is used to clean the installation after assembly or just before the final filling of the system with glycol. By properly flushing out the installation, we increase the service life of the medium and minimise the possibility of failure.
