ESSENTIAL INFORMATION


SUNEX corrosion inhibitor 1L (1:250) is an effective protection for central heating (central heating), underfloor heating and solar systems, including against scaling and prevents corrosion.

  • The 1 litre SUNEX corrosion inhibitor is sufficient for 250 litre installations.
  • The purpose of the inhibitor is to prevent the formation of corrosion and to neutralise it in all parts of the installation by forming a protective layer on their internal surface. Neutralisation of corrosion eliminates most of the problems
  • related to frequent airing of radiators, etc.
  • SUNEX corrosion inhibitor also prevents the accumulation of deposits, mineral deposits and other impurities. By neutralising them, it eliminates the risk of corrosion foci, damage to mechanical components, etc.
  • The product stabilises the pH to an alkaline level, thus ensuring maximum reduction of steel corrosion.
  • The corrosion inhibitor also prevents scale formation and calcium precipitation; it eliminates the risk of seizure of circulating pumps and the risk of lowering the energy efficiency of the system.


SUNEX CORROSION INHIBITOR - APPLICATION AND DOSAGE:

  • Dosage of min. 0.4% per system volume, i.e. 1 litre of Sunex corrosion inhibitor is sufficient for 250 litres of water in the system.
  • Before using Sunex inhibitor, flush the system to get rid of as much contamination as possible.
  • Use fully desalinated, softened or tap water with a hardness not exceeding 20°dH for filling.
