Presented EUROSTER brand temperature controller is an ideal solution for the user who wants to easily control the temperature in the premises where he stays.

Model 4040 in white - is a wired, weekly controller for configuring the desired temperature of heated residential and commercial premises with an easy-to-read, backlit and energy-saving e - ink display. This display is a so-called electronic paper with minimal power consumption. The e - ink display maintains high image quality (contrast and brightness) with extremely low power consumption. It differs from a classic display, such as LCD, which consumes power throughout its operation (image display). Two AAA alkaline batteries are included for the device to work.

A great advantage of the presented 4040 controller is the ability to program a seven-day cycle of operation of the device (with an accuracy of 0.5 hours). During the day it is possible to change the temperature level as many as 48 times. The controller allows you to program different time zones for each day of the week. It is also possible to turn off the controller after the heating season with the anti-freeze temperature on.

The wired temperature controller EUROSTER 4040 will be suitable for a wide variety of heating systems such as a central heating boiler or heat pump, as well as a gas boiler, among others. The controller will also be used with electric appliances, underfloor heating, water floor heating and air conditioning. Note that we will connect the controller to a single heating system.

The presented model has a number of useful functions, such as: momentary temperature setting, keypad lock function, fixed temperature, vacation mode, low battery indication. The sensor of the model 4040 gives the ability to adjust and read the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The operation of the controller is adapted to two temperature levels: comfort (daytime) and economy (nighttime) temperature. The device has the ability to work with hysteresis or in PWM mode.

The vacation mode function is a useful feature that allows you to set the desired temperature while on vacation. The use of this function will significantly reduce our bills, thanks to the lower energy consumption of the heating system.  A practical function is also, the heating advance function. Using this function, we can set the temperature, adequately in advance, before our arrival at home. We can change each temperature, at our discretion, in the range from 5 - 35°C. When using the product, we can choose from three available operating modes, such as:

2. floor temperature control

3. room temperature control with floor temperature limitation

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer for a period of 2 years counted from the date of sale of the product. The 4040 is also available for sale in black.

Surface-mounted model 4040 will serve us to control and regulate the temperature of heated rooms. Thanks to the controller, it is we ourselves who decide the temperature in selected spaces. The use of the device significantly affects the efficiency of the entire heating system.

The wired thermostat requires a wired installation. Communication between the controller and the heating device is provided by wiring laid like electrical wiring, under the plaster (the kit does not include a wire connecting the controller to the heating device). It should be remembered to install the device in a place that is not affected by any heat. By heat we mean, for example, a fireplace, radiator, television, or heat from the kitchen, or even the sun. During the installation, you should avoid places with strong sunlight, located close to heating or air conditioning equipment, as well as with poor circulation, such as covered with furniture.
