RELEVANT INFORMATION

AWENTA is a well-known brand of systems, ventilation components. AWENTA's product range includes all recuperation system components, such as plenum boxes, distribution boxes, ventilation ducts, a wide selection of anemostats, air intakes, outlets and recuperators.

When we want to take full advantage of the conveniences offered by the use of a mechanical ventilation system (recuperation), an indispensable step that must be taken is to purchase an air intake. Without this element, such a ventilation system is not only incompatible with building regulations, but also simply incomplete.

The VCSM air intake presented here is a standard and initial component of a ventilation system, in which air taken in from outside is transferred to the ventilation system for processing. The final element of the ventilation installation is the VWSM air intake (also available in our shop), where the used air is ejected to the atmosphere.

The AWENTA VCSM is made from 0.6 mm thick stainless steel sheet (acid-resistant chrome-nickel), which protects the product from corrosion. In the manufacturing process, materials for outdoor use were used throughout. It is also fitted with a drip cap to protect the wall from drips and a mesh to protect the inlet opening from insects. The rubber gasket, the mounting holes in the corners and the lateral position of the front face screws make it easy to install and remove for maintenance.
