Solar set with two WEBER SR 22 vacuum tube solar collectors without DHW cylinder.

SOLAR KEYMARK certified to take advantage of subsidy programmes!

GENERAL INFORMATION

High-quality solar set with 2 solar tube-vacuum collector SR 22 by WEBER. The set does not include a DHW cylinder. It is recommended to equip the set with a DHW cylinder with a capacity of up to 150 - 250 litres. As standard, in the auction presented here we offer the SR 22 vacuum solar collector complete with mounting kit for sloping roof. If you wish to mount the collector on a flat roof, please select the same device in another auction with the note "flat roof".

The assumed collector area provides efficient water heating of approximately 60% of the annual demand. The remaining 40% should be provided by a central heating boiler connected to the upper cylinder coil or by an electric heater.

Installation fluid

The solar fluid is manufactured on the basis of propylene glycol, which means that it is completely safe for health in the event of any possible leakage into the domestic water. The fluid is hygienically certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which is an additional guarantee of the high level of safety. The fluid is supplied in a 10-litre container as a concentrate with a freezing point below -64°C. When diluted with water, up to 30 litres of ready-to-use mixture is obtained, which is sufficient for typical installations.

Solar expansion vessel (expansion tank) 18 l

Despite appearances, the diaphragm tank is one of the most important components of a solar thermal system. The selection of a vessel with too low an operating temperature or too low a permissible pressure can cause frequent operating problems.

The maximum operating temperature of the diaphragm vessel in the kit is 120°C, and the permissible operating pressure is as much as 10 bar, which guarantees high stability of the entire system.

Connection set

The kit is equipped with a system of brass compression fittings enabling efficient and secure connection of the collector to the pipes.

1 x Compression elbow with ¾" GZ connection enabling efficient connection to stainless steel corrugated pipes.
1 x Compression cross coupling with ¾" GZ connection for efficient connection to corrugated stainless steel pipes. The connector is equipped with a vent for easy filling and with an immersion sleeve for the temperature sensor of the controller.
1 x double compression fitting fi 22.
