High-quality solar set with 3 WEBER SOL STANDARD 2.5 solar collectors and a 400-liter hot water storage tank included.

The assumed area of the collectors provides efficient water heating at about 60% of the annual demand. The remaining 40% should be provided using the central heating boiler, which should be connected to the upper coil of the storage tank or with the help of an electric heater.

Installation fluid

The solar fluid is produced on the basis of propylene glycol, which means that it is completely safe for health in case of possible leakage into the domestic water. The fluid is hygienically certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which is an additional guarantee of a high level of safety. The liquid is supplied in a 10-liter container in the form of a concentrate with a freezing point lower than -64 °C. After diluting with water, up to 30 l. of ready-to-use mixture is obtained, which is sufficient for typical installations

Diaphragm vessel (expansion tank), solar 18 l

Despite appearances, the diaphragm vessel is one of the most important components of a solar system. Selection of a vessel with too low allowable operating temperature or too low allowable pressure can cause frequent problems in use. The maximum working temperature of the diaphragm vessel included in the set is 120 °C, while the allowable working pressure is as high as 10 bar, which is a guarantee of high stability of operation of the entire system.

Connection kit

The kit allows the collectors to be efficiently and securely connected to each other and to be connected to the piping.
The kit includes:

• 2 x Double clamping couplings for connecting collectors to each other
• 1 x Compression elbow with GZ ¾" connection for efficient connection to corrugated stainless steel pipes
• 1 x Crimp cross coupling with GZ ¾" connection enabling efficient connection with corrugated stainless steel pipes. The connector is equipped with a vent for easy filling and with an immersion sleeve for the temperature sensor of the controller
  
  

NOTES:
In order to complete the installation of the solar set, it is necessary to obtain, among other things, a mounting kit for the collector, piping and installation fittings necessary to connect the tank to the existing installation. The mounting kit is not included as standard, due to the need to adjust it each time to the type of roofing and roof pitch. All these products can be purchased in our online store.
