RELEVANT INFORMATION

The 12 kW Smart Ekopell pellet feed-in boiler is a modern design from DEFRO, achieving efficiency of up to 94.6%. It has a 5th class certificate and Ecodesign certificate, ensuring high quality and efficiency of the boiler. The innovative ADAPTIVE CONTROL controller regulates the boiler's operation based on the airflow through the exchanger, and has a colour and touchscreen display for simple and intuitive operation.

The cooker is equipped with an exhaust fan, which eliminates the problem of inadequate chimney draught by stabilising its operation. The pellet burner installed has an automatic cleaning option and a ceramic chamber that allows combustion products, part of the dust from the flue gases, to be postcombusted. Vertical water baffles form the flue gas ducts, contain baffles, flue gas swirlers, increasing the efficiency of heat transfer from the flue gases. To further reduce heat loss, the boiler surface is insulated from the surroundings by steel sheets, under which thick mineral wool thermal insulation is placed.

The maximum area that the 12 kW DEFRO Smart Ekopell pellet boiler is capable of heating is 150 m².
