RELEVANT INFORMATION
The proposed 8 kW Kaisai air-to-water split heat pump (KHA/KMK) is a new generation of Arctic units, which are characterised by their ability to operate over a very wide range of outdoor temperatures (-25~35°C) thanks to the 190l hot water cylinder included with the unit.
This hydronic module, which houses the DHW cylinder, is equipped with a built-in 3-way valve as well as a booster heater, and the unit's compact design means that the footprint is only 0.36m². And the corrosion protection of the tank, according to the manufacturer, is ensured by the use of SUS 316L stainless steel.
The Kaisai Arctic (KHA-08RY1-B/KMK-190L-100RY1) 8 kW split type heat pump will be ideal for homeowners, shops, offices and commercial premises. It should be noted that for all hydraulic components, easy access is provided. The refrigeration connection between the outdoor and indoor units, as assured by the manufacturer, is freeze-proof even during prolonged power outages. In contrast, an additional refrigerant charge is only required if the length of the refrigerant lines exceeds 15 m.
All hydraulic components in the outdoor unit, such as circulating pump, diaphragm vessel, safety and vent valve, flow sensor, pressure gauge, flow heater are fitted as standard.
In addition to being able to connect up to 16 units, thanks to the Modbus protocol on the Arctic series, it also allows up to six units to be connected in a cascade system. In addition, the pump is equipped with a USB port, enabling software and settings to be continuously updated. The new ComfortHome Wi-Fi app, available for tablet or phone, allows remote control of flow and hot water temperatures, zone switching and monitoring of electricity consumption. In addition, the Kaisai Arctic series split heat pump has been awarded KEYMARK certification, which confirms the high standard of the product and its compliance with European standards.
Basic warranty 3 years, extendable to 5 years. The condition for the Extended Warranty and the duration of the Extended Warranty is the purchase, installation and commissioning of the KSM Module by the user. Dispatch of the goods takes place after verification of the correctness of the contract. Failure to send the contract is tantamount to cancellation of the purchase through the fault of the buyer.
