Hydrophore set (hydrophore) consisting of IBO MH 1300 surface pump with accessories and horizontal diaphragm tank with a capacity of 24 l, is a high-quality device with a single-phase motor (230 V) with a power of 1300 W. The device uses a Venturi coil that raises the suction capacity to a maximum depth of 8 meters and supports the suction of the device. The equipment, with simple operation, as well as installation (it has feet with holes for easy installation on the hydrophore tank), is designed for cold and clean water, lifting up to 55 meters and pumping up to 100 l / min. A great advantage of the model is the quiet operation of the device.

The multi-stage pump is based on the operation of the device with different power. If you want to use less power and need a gentle stream of water, you turn the tap slightly. With more pressure and more power, the tap needs to be turned more. It all depends on the need we have for water.

The pump's hydraulics are made of high-quality materials. Its housing and shaft and rotor were made of stainless steel, a durable material that resists corrosion. The impellers were created from noryl, a hard, durable plastic, and the pump's suction body was made of cast iron. Model MH 1300 is a solidly built pump, equipped with thermal protection mounted in the motor winding to protect it from overheating. The pressure switch gives you the ability to automatically turn on as well as off the hydrofoil set complete with surface pump, eliminating the problem of uncontrolled switching on and off of the water pump. It is the pressure regulator of the hydrophore, responsible for turning the pump on and off at the right time. The diaphragm tank is responsible for maintaining a constant water pressure level in the water system. It should be remembered that the correct regulation of the pressure switch is a prerequisite for the proper functioning of the entire hydrofoil set, and it makes the water flow from all points of the liquid reception at the same pressure.

The 24-liter tank in the presented hydrophore is made of thick carbon steel coated with a special varnish to protect the device from corrosion, designed for storing clean water. Inside the tank there is an EPDM rubber diaphragm forming a membrane between the water inside the device and the tank's outer shell. Between the casing and the membrane of the tank is located compressed air, which releases water from the tank under pressure. A special valve is used in the device, which helps to pump or drain the air from the container (located under the cap in the tank). The use of reservoirs in hydrofoil sets helps reduce the number of pump starts in a given period, which translates into the life of the entire system.
