The horizontal diaphragm hydrophore tank with a pressure gauge by IBO with a capacity of 50 liters is designed to work with most surface pumps and single-phase or three-phase submersible pumps with parameters corresponding to the parameters of the tank. It is a durable and solid vessel with stable legs with holes, thanks to which the tank can be screwed to the pump or the ground. It is characterized by low weight and dimensions. The big advantage of the presented model is controlling the pressure thanks to the pressure gauge built into the tank.

The 50-liter tank for storing clean drinking and utility water is made of high-quality, thick carbon steel covered with a special varnish to protect against corrosion.

The diaphragm tank owes its name to a special EPDM rubber (membrane) inside the tank, in which water is stored, allowing it to be separated from the walls of the tank. Such a solution, where the liquid does not have direct contact with the walls of the tank, has a positive effect on its service life and resistance to corrosion. Compressed air is placed between the housing and the tank membrane, which releases water from the tank under pressure. The water does not come into direct contact with the water jacket and the air cushion. The use of the IBO diaphragm tank stabilizes the water pressure and increases the active volume of the water supply system.

The diaphragm vessel uses a special valve that helps to inflate or release air from the tank (located in the rear part of the tank, under the lid), a valve identical to the one in car wheels. The use of tanks in hydrophore sets makes it possible to limit the number of pump starts in a given period, which translates into the life of the entire installation. The value of the factory filled pressurized air tank is 1.7 bar.

The horizontal diaphragm hydrophore tank with a pressure gauge by IBO, with a capacity of 50 l, is adapted to store clean drinking and utility water and to stabilize its pressure in hydrophore systems. Thanks to it, we will build a hydrophore set in combination with a surface or submersible pump, taking into account the tank parameters. It is a key element of the hydrophore system.

We will use the pressure device to supply water from our own intakes to single and multi-family houses, farms and enterprises, as well as in home workshops and summer houses. The diaphragm vessel will work in gardens or plots when watering the ground and plants.
