The 18.5 kW dedicated HEIKO THERMAL 19 Monoblock heat pump is an energy-efficient device which, by extracting energy from the air, uses it simultaneously to heat (central heating) or cool the building and to prepare domestic hot water (DHW). Such a heating system enjoys applications in both single-family homes and commercial buildings. This is why HEIKO THERMAL 19 heat pumps are state-of-the-art devices that are a guarantee of efficient, safe and maintenance-free operation.

TWO HEATING CIRCUITS

As standard, HEIKO THERMAL 19 heat pumps can be configured with different heat consumers at the same time, such as a heating system based on radiators and underfloor heating. These two heating circuits allow the temperature of the different heat sources to be managed freely. In practice, this means that it is possible to set the temperature separately on radiators and underfloor heating.

WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE - RELIABLE OPERATION UNDER ALL CONDITIONS

HEIKO THERMAL 19 heat pumps are units that operate smoothly at outdoor temperatures as low as - 25℃ and are capable of heating domestic hot water to 55℃.

WI-FI CONTROL

The Wi-Fi control available as standard is a feature that will take care of additional comfort. A simple and intuitive app downloaded to a smartphone will allow you to check the status of the unit, display current energy consumption or change the set temperature value.

MODERN CONTROL PANEL

The built-in control panel will make it quick and easy to change the unit's operating parameters. In addition, the controller menu is available in several language versions.

QUIET OPERATION

HEIKO THERMAL 19 heat pumps operate with a DC fan motor. In addition, the well-insulated compressor and optimised fan design guarantee quiet operation of up to 52 dB(A). The unit can be switched to the so-called silent mode, which will translate into a full sense of comfort during operation.

AUTOMATIC WEATHER CONTROL

The operation of the HEIKO THERMAL 19 is based on an automated process that takes into account the parameters of the weather temperature curve. In practice, this means that the operation of the pump enables heat energy to be controlled based on temperature analysis, and this in turn allows thermal comfort to be managed optimally so that the unit operates economically, which significantly reduces our heating bills.

INVERTER TECHNOLOGY

Inverter technology enables the heat pump to operate economically without sudden surges in compressor voltage and frequency. This also ensures energy-efficient and quiet operation of the unit in energy class A+++, i.e. the lowest electricity consumption.
