A vertical or horizontal diaphragm tank with an IBO brand pressure gauge with a capacity of 80 liters is designed to work with most surface and submersible single-phase or three-phase pumps with parameters corresponding to the parameters of the tank. It is a durable and solid vessel with a small weight and dimensions. The big advantage of the presented model is the built-in pressure gauge, which facilitates pressure control, thanks to which we can check the correctness of the air in the tank.

The 80-liter tank intended for storage of clean drinking and utility water has been adapted to work in a vertical and horizontal position. The vertical orientation of the tank will work wherever space for assembly is limited. For hanging on the wall, legs with holes are used, through which the tank can be hung as if on a hook or screwed to the wall with pins. On the other hand, horizontal installation allows us to mount the pump with accessories directly on the tank. A stable base can also be screwed to the ground. The possibility of mounting the tank in two ways (vertical or horizontal) gives more possibilities as to the use of the tank than in the case of a tank with a horizontal orientation.

The diaphragm tank is made of high-quality, thick carbon steel covered with a special varnish to protect against corrosion, which significantly extends the life of the entire installation. It owes its name to a special EPDM rubber (membrane) inside the tank, in which water is stored, allowing it to be separated from the walls of the tank. Such a solution, where the liquid does not have direct contact with the walls of the tank, has a positive effect on its service life and resistance to corrosion. Compressed air is placed in the tank between the housing and the membrane, which releases water from the tank under pressure. The water does not come into direct contact with the water jacket and the air cushion. The use of the IBO diaphragm tank affects the stabilization of water pressure and increases the active volume of the water supply system.

A special valve used helps to inflate or deflate the tank (located in the rear part of the tank, under the lid), the valve is identical to the ones in car wheels. The use of tanks in hydrophore sets makes it possible to limit the number of pump starts in a given period, which translates into the life of the entire installation. The value of the factory filled pressurized air tank is 1.7 bar.

The vertical-horizontal diaphragm tank with an IBO pressure gauge with a capacity of 80 l is adapted to store clean drinking and utility water, effectively stabilizing its pressure. It is a key element of the hydrophore system together with a surface or submersible pump. Hydrophore sets do not require maintenance, they work automatically.

The pressure device with a capacity of 80 L will be used to supply water from our own intakes to single-family and multi-family houses, farms and enterprises, as well as in home workshops and summer houses. The diaphragm vessel in the hydrophore set will also work in gardens or plots when watering the ground and plants. The created hydrophore set will be used to supply water supply and irrigation systems.
