AWENTA is a manufacturer of ventilation systems which, in addition to a wide range of recuperators, has in its production stock all the elements of the recuperation system, such as: expansion boxes, distribution boxes, ventilation ducts and a wide selection of anemostats and air intakes. The subject of the offer is a distribution box for recuperation with a diameter of Ø 160 mm VCB160-6 Awenta.

The purpose of the VCB160-6 distribution box by Awenta is to distribute and collect used air from rooms which are connected to the AWENTA recuperation system. The VCB160-6 model provides the possibility of connecting 6 ventilation ducts with a diameter of Ø 75 mm together with a side connection with a diameter of Ø 160 mm.

The distribution boxes with side connection are ideal for installation above suspended ceilings and wherever the installation height is limited.

The VCB160-6 Awenta Ø 160 mm distribution box for recuperation is made of polypropylene with the bacteriostatic additive NANO-SILVER. Thanks to the technology used in this way, Awenta VCB160-6 distribution boxes are characterised by high quality workmanship and high bactericidal activity reaching up to 99.9%, thus ensuring constant access to clean air at home. The manufacturer has equipped the construction of the box with a large number of gaskets, thus providing a guarantee of tightness and failure-free operation for many years.  Unused channels of the distribution box can be plugged with the plugs that are included in the set.

The Awenta VCB-side distribution box is equipped with a special fixing system, which allows precise adjustment at a distance, and independent and movable brackets allow the unit to be mounted horizontally or even tilted. AWENTA distribution boxes can be permanently installed in concrete floor screeds, ceilings, or can be built under G/K boards.

The manufacturer has used a unique fixing system that allows precise adjustment of the distance between the box and the plane to which it will be mounted. Independent and movable brackets, in turn, allow the unit to be mounted horizontally, thus allowing the box to be inverted.

The Awenta distribution box in the VCB line should only be mounted in a heated area of the building. Otherwise, the product should be additionally insulated with mineral wool with a minimum thickness of 15 cm.
