The Auratsu ASM module is a solution that enhances the use of the heat pump in a more user-friendly way. The product provides express access to the installation, remote care of the unit's parameters, as well as a quick response from the service department in the event of a fault.

With the ASM module, the installer will have constant access to his own installations and the possibility of troubleshooting remotely. All this results in significant time savings.

The module is equipped with an application in Polish and is recommended for IOS and Android mobile devices, which allows the user to view the operating range and settings of the heat pump, thus providing a sense of security.

As assured by the manufacturer Auratsu, with the purchase of this unit, the warranty on the heat pump is extended for a period of 5 years, subject to the conditions specified in the warranty (attached in the downloads).

CONDITIONS TO BE MET TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY

• The purchase, installation and commissioning of the Auratsu ASM Module must be carried out no later than at the time of commissioning by registering the device and activating the customer account
• Provide the guarantor with continuous remote access, via the internet, from the commissioning of the ASM Module throughout the entire warranty period (including the Extended Warranty period)
